Space Force picked Blue Origin to fix a heavy-launch gap at Vandenberg. SLC-14 doesn’t exist yet. Horn says new launch pads take two years to build. The math says 2028 at the earliest. In the meantime, Falcon 9 is doing 100+ launches a year on a vehicle class that’s too small.
